Travel Planning and Consulting Fees

As 2002 begins, we all are so very aware of the need to live our lives as we want to. Now more than ever before, we all realize that time is our most precious asset ~ time to spend with those most dear to us and time to enjoy our lives to the fullest.

Our world has changed and my role as the facilitator of your travel plans is changing as well. As your Travel Consultant I offer a wide range of valuable services designed to meet your needs, preferences, goals and expectations. These professional travel consulting services will enhance the value of your time by helping you make well-informed and wise decisions about your precious vacations.

As a professional Travel Consultant, I take time to get to know you well and to understand just what it is that you truly seek from each of your vacations experiences. I help you identify the alternatives that will best meet your needs and expectations and that offer you the best real value for your dollar.

There is a vast universe of information about travel and an often-bewildering array of seemingly similar products from which to choose. Researching and evaluating all that information can be a full time career ~ and, it is my career.

As a professional Travel Consultant, I am the curator of all that information who sorts through it all on your behalf and puts just what you need to know in order to make well-informed choices at your fingertips. As a professional Travel Consultant, I am your personal concierge. I skillfully manage the often complicated reservation process for you and monitor all your arrangements to ensure that your vacation will deliver what it seems to promise. I work closely with the providers of the travel products you choose to be sure that every detail is properly attended to. Should a problem arise, I am your advocate in resolving it with the provider.

Does it seem that you could do all of this yourself using the Internet? Perhaps you could, if you were willing to devote enough of your own precious time to the process and if you have the knowledge and expertise to realistically analyze and evaluate what you find. But, don't you have better, more enjoyable things to do with that time? Schedule of Fees

Consulting Fees: $75 per hour for the first two hours; $50 each additional hour. (includes reservation management fee)

Reservations Management Fee: $30 per reservation

Ticket Processing Fee: $25 per airline ticket

Cancellation Fee: $150 flat rate
